Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Reminder Injector extension (the "Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. License grant

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use the Extension for personal or internal business purposes only. A Pro license is a one-time purchase with no time limit, and is limited to one concurrent active device. If you change devices or reinstall, you may continue using Pro by deactivating the previous active device and transferring to the new one. Transfer count or frequency may be limited to prevent abuse. This license does not transfer ownership of the Extension.

3. Pro version and payments

Pro is offered with a one-time fee. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe and Paddle. Displayed prices may be subject to VAT or sales tax depending on checkout region.

Reminder Injector provides a free trial so users can evaluate the product before purchase. The trial starts automatically after installation, and Pro features can be tested in real usage conditions.

Refunds are governed by the License/Refund Policy. Once a license is activated and digital access is provided immediately, withdrawal rights for digital goods may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Intellectual property and third-party rights

All code, design, documentation, and original content in this Extension are owned by the operator. Reverse engineering, decompilation, source extraction, unauthorized copying, and redistribution are prohibited.

"ChatGPT" is a trademark of OpenAI, "Gemini" is a trademark of Google, and "Claude" is associated with Anthropic trademarks. This Extension is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.

5. Warranty disclaimer

The Extension is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or full compatibility with future platform versions.

In particular, compatibility issues may arise due to updates from ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, browsers, or other third-party platforms. Refund eligibility in such cases follows the separate refund policy criteria.

If third-party platform changes make the Extension permanently unusable or no longer necessary, you acknowledge that the license fee covers functionality provided up to that point, and refunds are not available.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Extension, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of access to third-party services.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business. Any dispute is subject to the court jurisdiction determined by applicable law.

8. Changes to terms

The operator may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, the effective date on this page will be updated. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
